Looks like alt Isaac can only hold 8 passive items but can pick and choose, I think I heard that he gets more choices with items, I thinkĪlt Magdalene has constantly decaying health but has yum heart that doesn't take up an active item slotĪlt Cain looks like he has a bag that can eat stuff like hearts, keys, coins, bombs and he can combine those to craft items(!)Īlt Judas looks like he can teleport and can damage enemies caught between the 2 teleport points (looks really cool)Īlt Blue Baby looks like he has a poop ammo system, killing enemies gives him different kinds of poop like flaming ect that he can throw at any enemiesĪlt Eve has some kind of weird short ranged risky vampire sorta gameplay involving a knife thing? Seems like you have to keep moving and you don't get much time at all alt Jacob has an item with 1 charge that constantly fills that allows you to chain enemies and bosses in place and stun them but a spirit keeps spawning that if it hits you will turn you into a variant of the Lost and if it hits you again will kill you, it seems killable but its really difficult.alt Bethany can pick up red hearts as a resource like keys, coins etc and they seem to power her book which spawns runes of some kind that orbit her, damage enemies and shield her? But they break after a few hits.alt Forgotten has you playing as the Soul who I think cannot attack but can pick up the skeleton and throw it at enemies which swipes with its club and the body can pick up items when thrown.alt Apollyon has orbiting flies that attack in the direction you shoot, you can use his Abyss item to eat a pedestal item and gain another fly.alt Keeper has quad shot but coins disappear so you have to pick them up quickly.
